Well, those skeptics would learn simply how wise it is, simply by calling Family Auto Sales and dealing with Graham & Bonnie. This is the 2nd experience I have had and it was so easy to complete business with people of integrity who deal the way we all wish it could be anywhere else. I am writing this letter today to let you know what an enjoyable experience it has been dealing with your company. As you know we recently bought our second vehicle from you in the past 2 years and as with our first purchase it has greatly exceeded our expectations.
Like most people, I normally despise shopping for a vehicle and find the process of going to a traditional “Car Dealer” to be very stressful.
